1. Remove all make-up, foundation, eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara, eye creams & serums.
2. Cleanse eye area and eyelashes gently, but thoroughly to remove residue.
3. Do not curl your lashes before arriving.
4. Do not apply any creams around the eye area.

1. Exposing your eyelash extensions to water, heat, sauna, steam, heavy exercising and friction.
2. Applying eye cosmetics or skin care products to your eyelashes or your eyelids.
3. Receiving certain treatments, such as peels, skin resurfacing procedures, eyebrow waxing, lasers, etc.
